Cabins Condos Rooms Riverfront Units

       All of the units have satellite color TV and VCR in the living area, electric or gas heat, microwave, telephones, and are fully carpeted.   Kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, and utensils.  Linens and firewood are furnished.  A hot tub is centrally located.  All Riverside units are non-smoking rooms.
       A two-day deposit is required on most advance reservations within seven days.  This will be credited to the first and last day reserved.  We will only honor reservations for the number of people you have reserved.  Extras must find lodging elsewhere.  By confirming your reservation we agree to hold a unit for you for those dates.  You will be obligated for that number of nights.  We must follow this policy because we are turning people away for the unit(s) you reserved.  Rates are based on a minimum 3-night reservation.   No refunds on early check-outs.  Baby beds are available at a $5 per night extra cost.  Any time a sofa bed is used, we charge extra.  Sofa beds are not available in all units.   There is a 15% DISCOUNT on rates after Easter until mid-June (excluding Memorial weekend, and from Labor day to Thanksgiving). CHRISTMAS and HOLIDAY RATES are 25% higher and holiday deposits are non-refundable.
